If you’ve decided to upgrade your windows, doors or conservatory, you’re in the right place. Our customer journey is as clear as our double-glazing, and we’ll explain every step of our planning and purchase process.

Maybe you’ve spotted one of our smart vans operated by our reliable installers in the Warminster, Westbury, Trowbridge, Gillingham, Melksham, Shaftsbury, Frome or Devizes areas. Start at the beginning. Hopefully, you’ve checked out our website and been inspired to contact us via email or phone. We’ll invite you to our showroom in Sutton Veny, make you a coffee, and leave you to browse in peace. At Thermaglaze, we don’t use pushy sales techniques and gimmicks, and we want our customers to take their time and feel confident in their choices.  Our helpful staff will be nearby if you have any questions or queries.  If you’d like a free quote, whether for one window or a whole extension, a member of our team will book a home appointment at a convenient time. You may prefer to give your measurements or use our ‘Design Your Door’ section for doors via the website.

Let us come to you. On the day of your appointment, a sales team member will arrive to measure up and then allow some time to discuss materials, colours, and styles. This usually takes around 30 minutes. Lisa will then get to work on your quote in our sales office.

Once your quote has been itemised and prepared, we’ll send you all the details via post and email. As part of our no-pressure sales approach, we will leave this for you to consider at your leisure. A team member will be ready to help if you have any questions.

If you are happy with your quote and decide to proceed with Thermaglaze, the process is simple. Your designated sales advisor will prepare a detailed agreement for your approval and signature. After ensuring all the details are correct, Lisa will prepare your personalised file to be sent to our survey and installation department.

Sit back and relax. Now, you can relax and trust that our reliable team has everything in hand. Russell and Jackie, our installations team, will assign a survey and installation date to your project, along with one of our professional fitting teams. We’ll do our best to meet your requests on dates and times. The next step is to have precise measurements taken by one of our experienced surveyors before processing the order.

Your file is then passed to Louise, our order processor, who inputs all the information into our database so we can keep track of it, monitor progress, and keep you up to date with delivery information.

It’s the big day. It’s time for installation, the most exciting part of the process. Our trusted CERTASS-approved installers will do their best to keep mess and disruption to a minimum throughout the fitting and will have a handy guide about how best to prepare the space. On completion of the work, we’ll ask you to confirm that you’re 100% happy with the job before our installers leave the site.

Job done! Here at Thermaglaze, we do not ask for deposits. Once your installation is complete, Helen from our accounts department will contact you to ensure you are happy with your job before processing your payment and passing the file to be covered by our 10-year guarantee.

We have a dedicated service department run by the trusty Laura. If any issues arise after fitting, you can call her directly to have any questions answered. If a visit is required to resolve a problem or maintenance is needed, Laura will get Marc or Tim, our service engineers, or Russell, our service manager, to sort it out as soon as possible.

The Thermaglaze team is hugely experienced. Marc and Russell have been on the team for over 30 years, and Laura has been with us for 24 years. This is a testament to our strong workplace ethos and one we are very proud of. You can feel confident in our combined expertise that we’ll get the job done to a very high standard.
